Overview:
The company is currently under construction on a project called Apex at Kutztown in Kutztown, Pennsylvania for 183 3 BR units with 549 beds and land closed in February 2007. Construction loans were provide in August by M&T Bank while Kinsley Construction started in August 2007 with completion August 2008.

Details:
This site is co developed with Greg Pellathy as Apex at Kutztown LP as part of our Apex Housing Group Division. Project value is $27,900,000 and an appraised completed value of $38,000,000.

This is a very strong market with good demand and rents. It will be the first “Class A” off campus housing in the market and the university continues to grow. Campus Advantage has been contracted to provide property management.

EPG will act as Developer and oversee construction work and anticipate enhanced cash flows and a strong future cash flow and capital gain from this project.
