A real estate development and consulting firm, working
with colleges, universities and private property owners for student housing
development, apartments, senior housing, and light commercial projects in
Florida and Pennsylvania. We provide a range of services to assist our clients
in meeting the demand for their building needs including site acquisitions,
building acquisitions, land development process and approvals, project
financing and program management. My
role involves frequent client contact, real estate searches, pro forma
generation, cost estimating, finance, engineering and architectural design
management, property operation startup, marketing programs, and agreements, presentations
to trustees, boards and senior administrations as well as local government control
authorities. Heavy involvement in public
and private finance and team oriented management groups. The company develops
on a fee basis for clients and does in house development for related party
firms developing student housing, student condos and higher education oriented
retail and commercial projects.
Sept 2003- Sept 2005. Part
Time Adjunct Marketing Professor. Golf Academy of the South. College level marketing taught 4-6 hrs
a week at this career college in Altamonte Springs, Florida. The position keeps my academic skills polished and
allows me to stay in touch with the age demographic we cater to in student
housing. Classes include Introduction to Marketing and Advances Sales and
Marketing.

Principal serving various roles from Project Manager, Estimator, VP Operations,
and President for ten years. The firm
provided development, design build and construction management to medical,
college, industrial and government clients with sales to $15 million annually
and over 100 employees at one time. I served as president for ten years and
learned a broad range of management skills. I had heavy experience in land
acquisitions, land development approvals and project design development. The
company was closed in 1998 to focus on Educational Property Group Inc.
1990-1994 Five County Door. Started a
commercial door frame and hardware fabrication and distribution firm serving
the construction industry and property owners.
1979-1982 Carpenter, Superintendent,
Project Manager Roles serving an apprenticeship with United Brotherhood of
Carpenters working with Philadelphia Northeast Construction, Bechtel
Corporation, and R.A. Moore Builders.
Markets were petro-chemical, industrial, and commercial, and residential.

Associated Building Contractors, Society for Marketing Professional Services,
NAIOP, BOMA, ACHUIO, and NACUBO plus various Chamber and community development
groups.
Personal: 46 married
to the same woman, Susan, for 27 years, two children Tim 19 Megan 15. I am an avid reader, life long learner, enjoy
boating and golf, involved in investment research volunteering at my daughters
school, collect coins and an avid traveler and student of architecture,
development, real estate, finance, city planning and design. I am self motivated, very driven and a
tireless worker. My people skills are
outstanding.
