Overview:
This project is 103 Town home units and a clubhouse and pool on 8 acres serving Shippensburg University on south central Pennsylvania. The completed project is valued at $22 million with final approvals in place and ready to begin for fall 2008 delivery. Shaffer Builders has acquired the site and will build this project. EPG and Apex at Shippensburg will have continued involvement.

Details:
EPG has bought the site, done all approvals and designsl. Shaffer Builders will complete development on this project.

The work has begun with completion slated for summer 2008.
