Staff & Project Teams:

John Walsh if the founder and president of Educational Property Group Inc. with over 26 years experience in educational, residential and commercial construction and development.

The firm is a lean, yet aggressive operation with internal staff of three persons and use of extensive partnering and strategic alliances to bring product to market with the right project specific personnel.

Greg Pellathy - EPG has partnered with Greg Pellathy on a number of new projects over the past two years via APEX Housing Group, LLC.

Lynn Finney has headed up accounting since the inception.

Kathy Martinides has worked with the company form the start and does project management and pre construction work.

John Kiefel, Esquire does Legal work for approvals and contracts.

Harris Olen CPA does accounting review and audit.

Tony Pappalardo and Leon Johnson do site project management and Terry Sutton assist real estate procurement in Pennsylvania which is a current expansion area.

John Marti of CMC has headed up property management and acquisitions in Florida via contract with CMC while Scott Dadatt of Campus Advantage (a related firm) consults in setting up property management Pa and NJ and does all market studies.

Alliance Environmental does most phase on and environmental consulting and Rettew is being used at Temple.

 Partnering firms include the following: Lance Kraemer Associates and Kaylor Architects do Architectural designs, Rich Knudsen Assoc., McCarthy Enginners, and Fischbach Morgan do structural and civil work and Integrated and Myriad do MEP designs. Current Contacting firms include Kinsley, Whiting Turner, and Brechbill Helman, Miller as well as in house work by EPG as CM. The company is doing strategic project investments in conjunction with Greg Pellathy on a variety “Apex Housing Group” projects.  Project Financing has been done by Susquehanna Bank, Susquehanna Patriot, SunTrust, Compass Bank, M&T Bank, Commerce Bank and Sovereign Bank. The company is also planning to utilized modular building systems as key parts of its building process and works with Deluxe Building Systems.
